Senior Full Stack Engineer

Project Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a small, highly skilled product engineering team. This role focuses on building an AI-powered copilot platform that helps B2B organizations automate prospecting and pipeline generation. The solution integrates with CRM systems, email platforms, and Slack while leveraging modern AI technologies and agent frameworks.

This is a hands-on engineering role for a backend-leaning full stack developer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems, and delivering customer-facing features. The technology stack is primarily TypeScript across the entire platform, with approximately 60% backend and 40% frontend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain customer-facing product features.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Build and enhance AI-powered workflows and agent-based capabilities.
• Integrate applications with CRM platforms, email systems, and collaboration tools.
• Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Operate and maintain cloud-based applications within AWS environments.
• Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized U.S. institution.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience using TypeScript as a primary programming language.
• Strong experience building and operating applications on AWS.
• Proven experience delivering production AI/LLM features used by external customers.
• Experience working in startup environments or small engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
