MDM QA Lead responsible for leading and directing overall QA activities for the Sprouts Syndigo MDM program. The role requires experience testing MDM implementations and leading QA teams through all phases of testing, including unit testing, functional testing, end-to-end (E2E) testing, and regression testing. The resource will work remotely within the United States and collaborate with Sprouts business teams, IT teams, Syndigo, and the Client development team. Strong communication skills are required.

Must Have:

Knowledge in Master Data Management (MDM) is mandatory

Testing experience in MDM implementation related projects

Should have led a team during various phases of MDM testing such as functional, E2E, and Regression Testing

Should have prior experience leading QA automation

Collaborate across teams including business

Good Communication skills
