Do you love people, delicious cakes, and being right in the middle of the action? We’re looking for a passionate, go-getter Event Coordinator & Local Marketing Team Member to help bring our bakery to life out in the community. You’ll be the face of our brand at events, festivals, and local partnerships — connecting with people, selling irresistible treats, and spreading the love for what we bake. If you’re someone who lights up a room, thrives on variety, and wants a role where no two days look the same, this one’s for you. Real growth awaits the right person.
Responsibilities
Own it from start to finish — plan, coordinate, and execute off-site events, festivals, tastings, and community activations that make people stop and take notice. Set the stage — bring our brand to life through eye-catching setups with tents, tables, signage, and displays that turn heads. Be a connector — build genuine relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations that put us on the map. Spread the word — promote the bakery through social media, community outreach, in-store marketing, and every great networking opportunity you can find. Share the sweetness — sell our products with genuine enthusiasm, handle transactions smoothly, and deliver the kind of customer experience people talk about. Be the go-to — field catering inquiries and help bring special events to life from first call to final bite. Keep things running — handle loading, unloading, restocking, and making sure we’re always event-ready. Keep it beautiful — uphold food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards that make every display look as good as it tastes. Be our brand — show up with professionalism, genuine enthusiasm, and the kind of warmth that makes people feel like family. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer service is a bonus — but a great attitude and willingness to make genuine connections goes a long way. You’re a natural communicator who can charm a crowd, build real relationships, and keep a dozen details organized at once. Self-motivated and creative, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat. Comfortable with social media, email marketing, and snapping a great photo? Even better. A genuine passion for local businesses and creating the kind of experiences customers can’t stop talking about. Comfortable working outdoors and available for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends — that’s where the fun happens. Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30–40 lbs, and get around locally for events and outreach. What We Offer
Flexible scheduling that works for your life A serious employee discount (yes, on the cake) Starting pay of $15.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities A genuinely fun, team-first culture where you’ll actually look forward to Mondays Real room to grow with a creative, locally owned business that’s going places If you’re ready to show up, make things happen, and be part of something delicious — we want to hear from you. Come join a team that’s as passionate about people as it is about great baking.
