Senior Civil Society Expert

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho.”

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start January 2027). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Lesotho.

Senior Civil Society Expert

Project: Cooperation Facility to Support the Implementation and Programming of EU Action and Team Europe Initiatives in Lesotho

Responsibilities

• Support civil society engagement and capacity development.
• Facilitate stakeholder consultations and structured dialogue.
• Strengthen participation of civil society organisations in policy processes.
• Contribute to institutional strengthening initiatives.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting civil society, participation and capacity building.

Advantage

• Experience in development cooperation projects.
• Experience with EU-funded projects.
