Epic Resolute HB Claims Analyst

One of our East Coast clients is seeking an Epic HB Claims Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity. This role will support Epic Hospital Billing claims needs, including claims workflows, build, testing, and issue resolution.

Start: Immediate

Duration: 6 months

Travel: May require travel to Florida

Responsibilities:

• Support Epic HB Claims workflows and build
• Troubleshoot and resolve claims-related issues
• Assist with testing, validation, and optimization
• Work with end users and project teams to support ongoing needs

Requirements:

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) certification
• Strong Epic HB Claims experience
• Experience with claims build, edits, workqueues, and workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Implementation experience preferred
