Central Belt (Predominantly remote with month and quarterly meetings in Edinburgh HQ and occasional requirement to attend events)

LHH is delighted to be supporting a leading Scottish charity as they look to recruit a highly organised, confident and people-focused People & Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, technology and systems. You’ll manage and support a small team with 3 direct reports, coordinate day-to-day operations, work closely with stakeholders and ensure actions and priorities are followed through. You’ll be comfortable managing meetings, taking clear and concise minutes, keeping on top of deadlines and bringing structure to a busy environment.

We’re looking for someone who is a strong people manager, confident with technology and systems, highly organised and an excellent communicator. You’ll be proactive, practical and able to build strong relationships at all levels while taking ownership and getting things done.
