Data Engineer with Snowflake

Title: Data Engineer (AWS Lakehouse | Snowflake | Apache Iceberg)

Location: Dallas TX

We are hiring a Data Engineer with 10 Plus years of experience to support a large-scale Data Lake migration to AWS Lakehouse.

Required Skills:

• Python or Java
• Strong SQL & Apache Spark
• Snowflake & Apache Iceberg
• Kafka, Hadoop (HDFS/Hive)
• JSON, Avro, Parquet
• CI/CD & Kubernetes
• Data modeling (SCD Type 2, Schema Evolution, Partitioning)
• Data migration, reconciliation & data quality 

Responsibilities:

• Migrate ETL pipelines and datasets from on-prem Data Lake to AWS Lakehouse.
• Convert legacy SQL/Spark code to Snowflake/Iceberg.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for migration sign-off.
• Optimize data pipelines and support production migration.
