Flexibly working both from home on Mondays and Fridays, with the requirement to join collaboration days in the office as well as attending regular site visits, this role is both varied and dynamic. The successfulcandidatewillhaveregularinterfacebetweenclients,ourin-houseDesignTeam,contractors, engineers, BuildingControlandother industryprofessionals.Strongcommunicationskills,knowledgeof residential building and a diligent attention to detail are vital prerequisites for this role.

The Role

TheProjectManagerwillberesponsibleforthedeliveryofconstructionprojectsfromstarttofinish, including working closely with internal processes and procedures.

Thecoreresponsibilitiesoftheroleare:

Preparingandupdatingprojectplans

Sitemonitoringtoensuretheworksareundertakeninaccordancewiththearchitecturalplans and specification

Dealingwiththeresolutionofissuesarisingonsitethroughtheco-ordinationofcontractors, engineers, Building Control and our in-house Design Team.

EnsuringcompliancewithPartyWallobligations

Inspectingthequalityoftheworksandpreparingcertificationreportsaheadofpayment milestones

CollatingtheCompletionPackattheendoftheprojectlifecycle

TrainingandworkingalongwithSeniorProjectManagers

Preparinginternalreportsandreportingtothe BuildDirector

ProfessionalRequirements

Theidealcandidateisagraduatewithanarchitecture,surveyingorengineeringdegree,and aminimum of 3 years experience in construction project management.

Thecandidateshouldbediligent,customer-focusedandhaveexceptionalorganisationalskills.Line management experience is favorable.

Salary

£30,000-£50,000basedonexperience,plusaprogress/salaryreviewaftersuccessfulcompletionof probation at 6 months.
