Kfz-Meister als Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) Fahrzeugglas | Kiel, Germany | On-site

We are a leading expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units. Our commitment to safety, reliability, and quality is what sets us apart, making a significant difference for our customers with exceptional dedication.

The Role

  • Execute vehicle glass replacement and repair, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
  • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operational planning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from order placement to vehicle handover, advising and consulting clients.
  • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
  • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

  • A completed trade apprenticeship and several years of professional experience, preferably as a Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or bodywork specialist.
  • Willingness to obtain the required certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or already possess it.
  • A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and basic PC proficiency.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships.

  • Competitive starting salary with a Kfz apprenticeship of at least €3,200 gross/month full-time (39 hours/week), with part-time options available.
  • Additional €300 gross/month as an operations management allowance, plus bonuses for extra responsibilities.
  • Annual holiday pay and Christmas bonus of €1,062 gross each.
  • 30 days of annual leave, plus special leave and sabbatical options.
