TIBCO Lead / Architect

TIBCO Architect

We are looking for a TIBCO Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on development, architecture, and administration expertise.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years with TIBCO Suite: BusinessWorks, EMS, Adapters, Plug-ins, BusinessConnect.
• 5+ years in Integration Architecture, API design/development, and deployments.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JMS, Microservices, SOA, gRPC, and GraphQL.
• Experience with API security, IAM (Entra/Ping/Azure B2C), SSL, certificates, and mutual authentication.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, XML/XSD, JSON, and data modeling.
• Experience with Azure/Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and API platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, B2B/MFT platforms, and enterprise integration standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design integration solutions and provide technical oversight across TIBCO, APIM/APIC, and other platforms.
• Lead code/design reviews, impact assessments, releases, deployments, and production support.
• Manage TIBCO platform administration, upgrades, certificates, and environment deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and support performance/load testing.
• Maintain integration documentation, standards, and inventory.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in rotational 24x7 on-call production support.
