Position Title: Information Security Officer (ISO) / Classification Management Specialist
Location: Chantilly, VA
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
U.S. Citizenship required OMNI Consulting Solutions is seeking for an Information security Officer responsible for classified information management, document reviews, derivative classification support, marking compliance, classified holdings accountability, records management, and implementation of classification guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review classified and controlled unclassified documents for proper classification and marking in accordance with applicable classification guides.
- Support derivative classification determinations and provide guidance to program personnel on classification decisions.
- Maintain accountability for classified holdings, including inventories, receipts, transfers, and destruction records.
- Manage classified document control processes, including receipt, distribution, storage, and disposition.
- Support development and maintenance of program-specific security classification guides (SCGs).
- Conduct spot checks and self-inspections of classified document handling and marking compliance.
- Maintain records management systems for classified material in accordance with program and agency retention schedules.
- Provide classification management training and guidance to program staff. Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience (5+ years) in classification management, document control, or information security administration.
- Working knowledge of derivative classification principles under E.O. 13526 and applicable classification guides.
- Experience with classified document accountability and records management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- CI polygraph.
- Experience supporting Special Access Program (SAP) classification management.
