we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Scope of Services

  • Support the Data Center Modernization and Mac to Windows Transition projects.
  • Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, endpoint management, Windows imaging, workstation deployment, and device lifecycle management.
  • Assist with server migrations, identity modernization, domain consolidation, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Participate in testing, pilot deployments, production implementations, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide Tier III technical support and assist with day-to-day operational systems administration activities as assigned.
  • Coordinate with ODA staff, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other related systems administration duties necessary to support project and operational objective

Deliverables

The Contractor shall provide:

  • Professional systems administration services in accordance with this Statement of Work
  • A monthly status report summarizing work completed, significant accomplishments, issues or risks, and planned work for the following month.
  • A monthly invoice reflecting approved hours worked during the reporting period.
