Job Description
Our client is a national professional services organisation and renowned for being the leader in their field. They have an urgent requirement for an experienced Workday Consultant to join its People Technology team for a 12 month parental leave contract.
This role will suit someone with strong hands on experience across Workday Advanced Compensation, reporting and people analytics. You will play an important role in supporting remuneration review activities, improving reporting capability and ensuring the system continues to deliver accurate and reliable outcomes for the business.
The role- Supporting and configuring Workday Advanced Compensation processes
- Managing compensation plans, eligibility rules and remuneration review cycles
- Assisting with annual salary reviews, allowance updates and reward reporting
- Completing system testing, data validation and issue resolution
- Building advanced Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields
- Improving existing reports and providing meaningful workforce insights
- Developing and maintaining Workday Prism Analytics datasets where required
- Managing role based access, domain security and user access issues
- Supporting audit, compliance and data governance requirements
- Investigating and resolving Workday queries raised by HR and business users
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting and user experience
- Previous experience in a Workday Consultant, HR Systems Analyst or People Systems Analyst position
- Strong experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
- Experience supporting at least one full remuneration review cycle
- Advanced Workday reporting experience, including dashboards and calculated fields
- Strong testing, data validation and troubleshooting capability
- Experience managing Workday security and access
- A good understanding of reward, remuneration and compensation processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Workday Prism Analytics experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
