Technical Lead (65hr wob)

Location: Malvern, PA

• Role Purpose: Partner closely with the Domain Architect and Business Partners to design, implement, and lead the technical vision for the Controls IQ Platform. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the architecture becomes reality.

• Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of the control suite and partner with the Domain Architect on architecture decisions.

• Act as a hands-on technical lead, implementing solutions and helping developers execute the vision.

• Design and implement Proof of Concepts to validate the Architecture guidelines and governance

• Review code and mentor less experienced developers.

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

• Provide architectural and technical guidance for remediation agents, continuous testing suites, and automated control frameworks.

• Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python.

• Cloud/Architecture: Expertise in AWS Services (specifically AWS Bedrock and AWS Step Functions).

• Agentic/Automation: Deep knowledge of agentic AI, remediation bots, and automated control frameworks.

• Data/Security: Strong understanding of data lineage, data sources/databases (NoSQL), and risk/governance/compliance frameworks (e.g. CMMI).

• Tools: Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, and X-ray for test management.

• Soft Skills: Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving program, provide course correction, and act as a solution provider rather than just an order-taker. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are critica
