The Role • Design and develop high-performance, energy-efficient CPU cores. • Own microarchitecture and RTL development, including low-power optimizations. • Engage in performance exploration and achieve area and timing goals. • Contribute to advancements in instruction sets, RTOS, and software architecture. • Address complex challenges in power, thermal, and di/dt. What You'll Need • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 1-12 years of experience in CPU architecture and RTL design. • Experience with processor pipelines, out-of-order execution, load/store units, caches, and memory hierarchy. • Knowledge of multi-processor systems and multi-threaded architectures. • Familiarity with RISC-V architecture is a plus. • Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
