The Role • Operate trains safely and in compliance with all regulations for passenger transport. • Steer trains across the national FlixTrain network, originating from Hamburg. • Maintain reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform pre- and post-operation tasks to guarantee train readiness. • Actively contribute to positive and professional passenger interactions. What You'll Need • Completed training as a train driver (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Ideally, several years of experience in railway operations, preferably in passenger transport as a train driver. • Route knowledge for the Hamburg area is advantageous. • A high level of safety awareness and responsibility. • Strong communication, service orientation, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
