Job Description

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.
A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similarly complex product ecosystems.
Strong product intuition and the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear design direction.
A proactive approach to identifying gaps, framing opportunities, and helping teams make better product decisions before solutions are fully defined.
Strong command of Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and modern product design practices.
A practical accessibility mindset, including familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
Comfort working with ambiguity, technical complexity, and fast-moving product priorities.
Strong collaboration skills with product management, engineering, research, and design partners.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or workflow generation, paired with clear judgment about where human design thinking matters most.
