Project Manager Required – Main Contractor – NEW Regional Office – Chester Area The Company

• Independent UK construction contractor focused on delivering new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Established around a senior team with decades of industry experience, bringing significant Tier 1/main contracting knowledge into a more agile business.
• The Northern expansion is an exciting stage of growth for the business, giving people joining the team the opportunity to become part of developing a new regional operation rather than simply joining an established branch.
• Operates across Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Industrial Refurbishment, Energy and Aviation.
• Strong experience in industrial and logistics construction, including new-build warehouses, distribution facilities, industrial units, offices and associated external works. The Role Due to the company expansion and recently assigning a Regional Director they are looking for a Project Manager to join their fast growing team to work site based operating across Manchester area including Industrial, Commercial, Retail & Public Sector between £5 Million and £50 Million in value. This role is ready for somebody to step into and take the reigns and have full autonomy on, reporting into the recently appointed Regional Director.

Benefits:

• Negotiable Salary £75,000 - £85,000 (Dependant on experience/level)
