DevOps Engineer (GCP - Kubernetes - Terraform)

Location: London (Hybrid) - 2 days per week onsite
Duration: 6 - 12 months rolling
Budget: £350 - £400 per day, all inclusive
IR35: Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a large-scale enterprise environment, with a strong focus on GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Software Engineering background, ideally with Java and/or Node.js
• Proven DevOps experience within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and GKE
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• CI/CD pipeline experience using Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus and Git
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, Agile and DevOps practices
• Production support, incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desirable/Bonus Skills

• Dynatrace or similar monitoring and observability tooling
• Automated testing experience with JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, Postman or Bruno
• Experience driving automation to improve resilience and deployment frequency
• Experience promoting DevOps and engineering best practices across delivery teams
