Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. The Senior Consultant plays a key role in delivering strategic technology and business transformation engagements for middle-market and private equity-backed clients. This individual partners with client leadership teams to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and support the implementation of technology-enabled solutions.

The Senior Consultant serves as a day-to-day project leader, managing workstreams, mentoring associates, and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. Engagements may include technology strategy, process improvement, organizational design, ERP implementation, data and analytics initiatives, AI and automation programs, and change management efforts.
