Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role will be responsible for defining platform strategy, designing scalable architectures, driving implementations, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and enterprise-scale deployments. This individual will serve as the technical leader for ServiceNow initiatives and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
• Design scalable and secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and related modules.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish platform governance standards.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical architectures.
• Architect and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware solutions.
• Drive platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Review technical designs, customizations, and development deliverables.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• Expertise designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • CMDB
  • Discovery
  • Integration Hub
  • Flow Designer
• Strong experience with:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • JavaScript
  • Glide API
• Experience leading ServiceNow migrations, upgrades, and large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of cloud, security, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA Certification
• ServiceNow CAD Certification
• ServiceNow CIS Certification
• ServiceNow CTA Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience supporting multi-instance ServiceNow architectures
