DevOps Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Hands-on expertise in DevOps tools, automation, and deployment orchestration.
  • Experience with AI/Agentic solutions, AI agents, or conversational AI platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience with CXAS, Dialogflow, or similar customer experience / conversational AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of integrating AI-driven workflows with cloud-native applications.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting agent-based AI solutions.
  • Exposure to GenAI, chatbots, or customer experience platforms.

Overall Profile: Looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Google Cloud Platform and pipeline expertise, complemented by experience in AI agents, CXAS, Dialogflow, or other agentic AI technologies. Experience level : 8+ years
