The Role • Safeguard people, property, and assets by monitoring premises and deterring criminal activity. • Enforce client site regulations and directives pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the premises. • Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. • Maintain a visible security presence and respond effectively to incidents or emergencies. • Patrol a variety of locations, ensuring a safe and orderly environment. What You'll Need • Open availability for all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and weekends. • Minimum of 1 year of customer service-related experience. • Excellent observational, de-escalation, and communication skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain ethical practices. • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to effectively speak, read, and write English. • High school diploma or equivalent.
