Must Have
- 4+ years of Desktop / Deskside Support experience
- Strong Windows Desktop & Endpoint Support
- Multi-Monitor & High-Performance Workstation setup
- Active Directory, VPN, Networking & Citrix/VDI
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Experience supporting VIP/Executive users
- Experience in a fast-paced Financial Services or Enterprise environment
