The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production lines. • Support maintenance and repair activities for machinery. • Verify production data for machine and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. • Ensure efficient and safe operation of the plant. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or relevant technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility. • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to tasks, including maintenance. • High awareness of quality standards. • Willingness to work in a shift pattern. • Technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
