Technical Delivery Manager

In this role, you'll:

Join a high-performing technology team responsible for delivering strategic SAP technical solutions across major programs and initiatives within Transport for NSW.

As a SAP Tech Delivery Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, coordinate across architecture, cyber security, testing, data and service management functions within Group Technology, and ensure SAP solutions are delivered in alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, SAP Roadmap and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex SAP solutions across multiple workstreams.

• Manage technical delivery teams, vendors, resource planning and capacity management.

• Drive alignment between business requirements, solution architecture and SAP delivery practices.

• Partner with project managers, PMO and SAP specialists to manage risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes.

• Provide reporting on delivery performance metrics, quality, testing, and technical debt.

About you

• Extensive experience leading SAP technical delivery within complex enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of SAP functions, systems integration, and solution architecture.

• Experience managing SAP initiatives, workforce planning and vendor delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), including relevant experience in SAP.

This is a 2 year Fixed term contract with possible extention.
