The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board production machinery. • Support maintenance and repair activities for production equipment. • Review production data to ensure smooth operation and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving on the production line. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or a strong technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability. • High level of quality awareness and a proactive, responsible approach to tasks. • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule. • Basic understanding of maintenance and repair tasks.
