As an Associate HR Business Partner in London, you'll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role focuses on providing expert HR guidance and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Client Details

A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join its People team on an interim basis.

This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse range of business areas and will suit someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing complex employee relations matters and quickly building credibility with stakeholders.

Description

• Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across various teams.
• Assist with employee relations, including handling queries and resolving issues.
• Support the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
• Manage HR data and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver consistent support.
• Respond to ad hoc HR-related queries and provide practical solutions.

Profile

A successful Associate HR Business Partner should have:

• A solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.
• Experience in providing HR advice and operational support.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of 180- 185 dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary contract in the not-for-profit sector.
