SAP S/4HANA P2P Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA P2P Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. The consultant will support configuration, testing, implementation, and production support for procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Support SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement platform integrations.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and integration teams.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot P2P issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of SAP MM/P2P functional experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA procurement experience.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or Coupa.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, and approval workflows.
• Ability to create functional specifications, process flows, and test scripts.
• Working knowledge of IDocs, APIs, EDI, or middleware integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Fiori and Flexible Workflow experience.
• Salesforce integration exposure.
• Automotive or manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP MM, S/4HANA Procurement, Ariba, or Coupa certification.
