Role : ServiceNow ITOM Expert – Skill Requirements

Location : Remote

Mandatory Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Hands-on experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience developing and maintaining custom Discovery Patterns.
• Expertise in Service Mapping, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience working with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and related ITOM components.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  
  Key skills from my standpoint :  SHOULD be an expert and ITOM discovery and service Mapping implementation , SHOULD have expertise with using AI capabilities in ServiceNow .
