Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for UI, API, integration, data, and end-to-end testing.
2. Establish automation strategies, test standards, and quality engineering practices while supporting continuous improvement of testing processes.
3. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and analyze test results to identify, document, and resolve defects.
4. Mentor automation team members and collaborate with developers, data engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to coordinate testing activities.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	7+ years of experience in software testing and automation, including hands-on experience developing automation frameworks and leading quality engineering initiatives.
Technical Skills	Selenium, Java, Cucumber/BDD, API Automation, SQL, CI/CD, Test Automation Frameworks, Cloud Platforms
Business / Domain Skills	Quality Engineering, Test Strategy, Defect Management, Test Planning, Agile Delivery, Data Quality & Validation
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing APIs, data pipelines, ETL processes, databases, and enterprise applications.
2. Experience with cloud-based environments, automated deployment pipelines, and AI-assisted testing tools.
3. Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
