Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise Java applications and a strong understanding of banking operations, financial products, payment systems, or capital markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand banking and financial requirements.
• Develop and enhance applications related to payments, lending, core banking, or financial transactions.
• Integrate applications with databases and third-party systems.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and coding standards.

Experience

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• Prior experience working on Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech projects is required.
