Overview

• Skilled Java/J2EE Engineer with strong experience building microservices and event-driven applications using Spring Boot and Apache Kafka, with deployment on the AWS platform.
• As a Software Engineer III within CCB Banking Payments, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team designing and delivering secure, stable, scalable technology products. You will contribute to critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas and business functions in support of the firm s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, and related services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to define requirements and deliver features.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain high quality.
• Apply best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; participate in incident/problem management as needed.
