Job Description
Developer Services Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship between water companies and property developers, ensuring that new developments receive water, waste water, and drainage services in compliance with industry standards and regulations.<br />Act as the main point of contact for developers, local authorities, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
Responsibilities include:<br />Reviewing new development proposals and assessing capacity within water and waste water networks. Managing applications for new water connections, sewer connections, and infrastructure adoption. Overseeing agreements, costs, quotations, and project delivery.
Ensuring designs and construction works meet company and regulatory standards. Coordinating technical reviews, inspections, and approvals. Leading teams of engineers, inspectors, and customer service specialists involved in development projects Administer and enforce requirements relating to:<br />Section 104:
Adoption of new sewers by water companies.<br />Section 106: Rights to connect to public sewers.<br />Section 98:
Requisition of new public sewers.<br />Water connection agreements for new developments<br />Designs comply with national standards.<br />Adoption agreements are correctly executed.<br />Service-level commitments and review time scales are met
