Job Description
Location: King of Prussia, PA Salary: $80,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually Description:
Project Architect
The Project Architect is a collaborative leader responsible for guiding architectural projects from schematic design through completion. This role serves as the primary link between the design studio, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered with high-quality documentation, adherence to budget and schedule, and alignment with the established design vision.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and production of architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Develop and review contract documents and project deliverables with a strong focus on quality control and consistency.
Maintain project budgets, schedules, and design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Interpret and apply building codes and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to support permitting and approvals.
Resolve project challenges through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Lead internal project teams and support clients throughout the design and construction process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
8-10 years of architectural experience.
Strong background in:
Ground-up construction projects
Exterior reskin/renovation projects
Steel construction
Experience in commercial and/or healthcare project types preferred.

- Experience with 3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
