About the Role:

As an Apprentice Full Stack Software Developer, you will be a key player in accelerating the development of their in-house software platform. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software stack, contributing to backend services, frontend applications, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate closely with the co-founders, playing a crucial role in shaping the next generation of their technology platform. Day-to-Day of

the Role:

Contribute to both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.<br />Engage in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.<br />Work on automation and AI-enabled workflows to enhance business processes.<br />Collaborate with team members to innovate and implement new software solutions.<br />Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality.Required Skills &amp;

Qualifications:

Experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.<br />Interest in modern web development and frameworks such as React and Next.js.<br />Understanding of backend development concepts with frameworks like Node.js, Python (Fast API, Flask, or similar).<br />Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration.<br />Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.<br />Exposure to cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.<br />Proficiency in using Git and an understanding of CI/CD principles.<br />Knowledge of software testing principles and test-driven development (TDD).<br />Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.Nice to Have: Familiarity with Docker, containers, or infrastructure-as-code.<br />Awareness of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern AI application architectures.Apprenticeship &amp; Support: The role is aligned with the apprenticeship standard.<br />You will receive a full induction, structured training plan, regular 1:1s, and mentoring.<br />You will also report to the Senior Software Developer who will be on hand to support throughout
