We're hiring for a leading national breakdown and roadside assistance provider, a trusted name for over 125 years, dedicated to keeping the UK moving with innovative solutions and exceptional member service.

The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members at their time of need.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, tackling a variety of automotive challenges.
• Work with provided equipment including an a leading employer in this sector van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and diagnostic kit.
• Engage with members, acting as a calm and confident ambassador for the brand.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to think on your feet.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Comfort working independently and solving problems on the roadside.
