Job Description

Are you passionate about taking care of seniors with memory loss? As a Dementia Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients with Alzheimer’s or other memory-related conditions. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, and offer companionship tailored to their unique needs—helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) 
  • Provide companionship and emotional support 
  • Help manage memory-related challenges and behavior changes 
  • Document care activities and follow individualized care plans 
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of client boundaries 
  • Physically capable of assisting with transfers or lifting 
  • Comfortable with providing personal care to clients 
  • Empathetic and understanding 
  • Patient, attentive, and able to adapt to different needs and personalities 

  • Experience in memory care is preferred. 
  • Must have an active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration 
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray per state health guidelines 
  • Weekend availability preferred 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
