Digital Solution Architect

An great opportunity has become available for an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join our Insurance client undertaking a huge, digital transformation program.

As a technical expert in digital architecture, you will contribute towards the commercial and digital architecture aiming to ensure consistency with the overall architecture framework, technology & innovation standards while helping them build word class

• Background in designing technology solutions that support customer communications across multiple digital channels in insurance or financial services.
• A strong track record of architecting with complex digital solutions across Web, Data & Integration programs
• Experience using customer data and behavioural insights to create personalised and relevant digital experiences.
• Strong ability to collaborate across technology, design and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Understanding of modern DevOps approaches, including CI/CD, automation, Cloud-native development & IaC
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to confidently deal with competing priorities, changing timelines & bridging the business with tech
• Engage with business leaders early to shape technology strategy, define the solution approach and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven innovation across cross-functional teams to adopt cutting-edge technologies that enhance customer experiences
• Software engineering / technical background strongly preferred
