Product Owner - Transformation (Enterprise Data) - Hays

Your new company
A leading financial markets organisation is seeking a Product Owner to join its Enterprise Data team. You'll support both tactical system improvements and a wider multi-year transformation programme focused on modernising legacy platforms and enhancing enterprise data capabilities.
Your new role
Working closely with Product Owners, engineers and business stakeholders, you'll help drive the delivery of data and technology initiatives across a complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities include backlog management, user story creation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, stakeholder management and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (Project Background preferred)
• Strong Agile delivery experience, including Scrum, Jira and backlog management.
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams.
• Proven delivery of enterprise data, migration, application transformation or technology change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable,
