The Role • Accompany and foster children on their journey to becoming confident and responsible individuals. • Contribute to the ongoing development of the educational concept. • Independently plan and implement educational activities and offerings. • Actively participate in parent events and conduct parent, support, and conflict resolution discussions. • Mentor and guide apprentices and interns, sharing your expertise.
