Outside Sales Representative

Holland Pump Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow rental and equipment sales of dewatering and pump solutions for construction, municipal, and industrial clients. In this field-focused role, you'll prospect, visit job sites, and work directly with contractors and project managers to understand complex dewatering challenges and recommend customized pumping systems. You'll manage a territory, build and expand accounts, develop quotes and proposals, and collaborate closely with engineering and field service teams to ensure safe, reliable performance and exceptional customer service.
