5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior role
Proven full-stack expertise with React, Redux, C#, .NET Core, and MongoDB
Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems
Strong knowledge of asynchronous messaging systems such as RabbitMQ
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, automated testing, and secure coding practices
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Experience mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level engineers
Strong participation in design and code reviews
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks
