The Role • Serve as a competent point of contact to support customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions. • Primarily utilize phone and remote diagnostic tools to find solutions for technical and application-related issues in dialogue with customers. • Prepare for on-site visits when necessary, in consultation with the technical team. What You'll Need • Completed training as a technician, MTLA, or comparable scientific/technical qualification. • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant field. • Keen interest in direct customer contact and problem-solving. • Excellent communication skills. • Sound PC skills and proficiency in German and English.
