SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead

Avanos Medical is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Lead to design, implement, and optimize HR technology across our global healthcare organization. In this role, you will own the SuccessFactors roadmap, translate HR and business needs into scalable solutions, and lead configuration, integration, and enhancement efforts. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve talent, performance, and learning processes while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. The role includes vendor management, release management, issue resolution, and guiding best practices to support a patient-focused, innovative culture.

• Translate HR and business requirements into scalable Success

• Manage integrations between Success
• Factors, HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise systems
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across HR technology platforms
• Coordinate testing, release management, and change management for new features and updates
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and oversee incident resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve talent, performance, and learning processes
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation for HR and technical users
