<strong>Senior Human Factors Engineer</strong><strong>Client: </strong>BAE Systems<strong>Location:</strong> New Malden, Filton or Broad Oak<strong>Duration: </strong>12 Months Working hours/pattern: 1-3 days onsite per week Rate - £60 PAYE or £81.05 Umbrella I'm recruiting for a <strong>Senior Human Factors Engineer</strong> to join BAE Systems' Naval Combat Systems team.

This role will see you working on the design and development of future warships and maritime combat systems, applying Human Factors expertise to deliver safe, effective, and user-centred solutions.<strong>Key requirements:</strong> Human Factors experience within defence, maritime, or complex engineering environments Understanding of Human Factors Integration (HFI) and systems engineering Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Relevant degree qualification A great opportunity to work on cutting-edge defence programmes and influence the future of naval technology. ??
