Position: Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday, 07:00 15:00)
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime + On-Call Allowance

Your RoleAs the Lead Engineer, you will balance hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring 100% uptime of critical systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a skilled team of 4 maintenance engineers.
- Planned Maintenance: Execute and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works.
- Site Compliance: Maintain the highest safety and operational standards across all critical infrastructure.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rota (noting that actual site call-outs are historically minimal).
- Electrical Bias: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, plus 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Critical Environments: Proven experience working in critical environments (e.g., data centres, banks, hospitals, or major commercial hubs).
- Leadership Skills: Experience supervising engineers, assigning workloads, or a strong desire to step up into management.
- Problem Solver: Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure within a critical environment.
- Work-Life Balance: Structured 37.5-hour week
