What does this role involve?

As a Senior Product Manager,youlllead a critical product value stream, owning its vision, strategy, and performance to deliver measurable, organisation-wide impact.

Youll define a clear long-term product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps and investment priorities.Youllbalance short-term delivery with long-term platform evolution, ensuring products are scalable, commercially impactful, and aligned to business goals.

Youll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, working closely with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders to shape solutions, drive decisions, and deliver outcomes at pace. As the accountable leader for your value stream, youll ensure work is prioritised effectively, progress is transparent, and value is continuously delivered.

A key part of the role is building capability, mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners, embedding product-led ways of working, and driving a culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous improvement.
