Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Principal Full-Stack Engineer with 10+ years of software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This is a highly technical Individual Contributor (IC) role with architectural ownership and technical leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Java (17+), Spring Boot, ReactJS, Python, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure), SQL & NoSQL databases, and experience integrating Generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI APIs) into enterprise applications.

This role requires someone who can drive architecture, mentor engineering teams, solve complex production issues, and collaborate across product, engineering, and AI/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable enterprise Full-Stack applications.
• Lead architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop backend services using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Design and implement Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities including:
• OpenAI
• Azure OpenAI
• Claude
• AWS Bedrock
• RAG
• Embeddings
• Vector Databases
• Agentic AI workflows
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams.
• Deploy applications on AWS and/or Azure.
• Build secure applications using OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect.
• Participate in CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.
