Complete Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong Salesforce testing expertise to support enterprise application testing and quality assurance initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on, Provar Automation experience testing Salesforce applications across functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing. Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CRM workflows, custom objects, standard objects, validation rules, Apex-based functionality, Lightning components, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce integrations is preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of QA/testing experience, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
  • Provar Automation, hands-on experience testing Salesforce CRM applications and business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
  • Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, RTMs, and test execution reports.
  • Hands-on experience validating Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, permissions, and business rules.
  • Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and third-party system integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills for backend data validation, data reconciliation, and database testing.
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect/test management tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and defect triage.
  • Experience working closely with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and defect-management skills.
